These are vector files, not illustrations.

We've seen a slowdown in all areas of the moderation. What formerly took 3 days takes now 3 weeks, it seems. You can't do anything to accelerate this. And there is no need to contact Adobe contributor support on this. It will only delay answers to real problems for other people.
