Permission to upload

Hi, I'm a newbie trying to upload some photos of prominent places, such as beaches in Sydney, Great Ocean Rd in Victoria and Great Barrier reef in Queensland. I am not sure whether or not I need permission from the authority to upload those photos. Hope someone have the answer. Thank you!

Go to Stock website and at the bottom you will see a link that says 'Sell Images'. Of course all images go through an approval process.
