The image quality is poor.
You should check the image quality by enlarging it to 100% on a computer monitor before submitting it.
A smartphone screen is too small to check the image quality.

Adobe Stock is a service for selling photos.
Photos that have no commercial value will not be accepted.

You should consider the composition and angle to make this flower look more beautiful.
Photographing flowers may look simple, but there is a lot to learn.

Please check the images on a large computer monitor.
If you cannot confirm this defect, your images will be rejected no matter how many you submit.

@yamato7 was showing you where the defects are, particularly when it comes to focusing. Also, keep in mind that there are around 74 million photos of flowers in the database as it stands and the competition is very tough if someone is searching for flowers. Your goal is to have your asset show up on the first three or so pages of 100 images each, not the 100th page. Buyers usually find what they are looking for on the first few pages of search results.

DOF is too shallow, leaving much of the bloom out of focus, and the background is messy. Adobe Stock is overrun with floral images, so I wouldn't even bother submitting them unless they're exceptional in every way.

The file is noisy, over sharpened, and has a pink color fringing and and too much negative background.
