Both of your pictures are missing sharpness.

Eyes need to be crisp sharp. The structures of the frogs skin should also be sharper. My impression is that some noise reduction has been applied. I also think the eyes black should be a deeper black. I'm however not an expert with frog macros, so I can't say what is camera artefact and what is real life.

01 is also a little underexposed. 10 has those annoying reflections (spots?) from the flash. In addition, there is some chromatic aberration with t
