The first photo: the horizon is slanted, the shadows are too dark and the highlights in the clouds are overexposed.

Hello,
I think the problem with your 'sunset' photo is exposure. I would open the shadows - it's a bit too dark at the bottom, and reduce the highlights.
In the second photo - white balance issues - it's maybe a bit too warm, so reduce the yellow.

Colour noise and luminar noise:
Missing contrast (barn against trees) and no details or mangled details (trees):
There is this read line between the horizon and the sky and a light border above that.
My guess, also looking at the horses, is that you tried HDR for this picture. It did not work well, because of some moving objects and all the artefacts.
In addition, the fence in the front is really disturbing. I would have cropped that out.

Saturation is too high. The highlights are blown out. The horizon is not level. You also have noise. And I see aliasing:
You see that in the planks, the railings and the lifebuoy.
Here also, I suspect that you have applied the HDR filter and you have overdone.

1.jpg - the sky is quite noisy. The lack of sharp detail throughout seems to indicate that this is a mobile phone image.
