photo refusée pour "violation propriété intellectuelle" ???
Hello again,
It might be worth it to delete this first submission and resubmit it with a different title...Say maybe, a "Charming morning Italian street scene " for the title. Select only words from the list that describe the beauty, charm, village evening and so forth. Resubmit with these changes and let's see what happens. Always try to think of the buyer who is not so moved by the name of the street but what it expresses. It is that which may appeal to their senses that sells. Best wishes, JH

Hello foxytoul,
First, I know we will need a bit more information. It looks as if the photo has an Adobe Stock and stock number on it - so, was it accepted and then were you asked for a release? Is this work now being reviewed and waiting for your accompanying release paperwork?
Second, this is a beautiful and interesting photograph. If you have examined it at 200% magnification, can you see any identifying marks or logos? Can the exact street be identified easily, any addresses and known storefronts?
Hopefully, you have read the guidelines set forth by Adobe for your submissions to a stock portfolio. You are the creator of this work so you must accept responsibility for all things, quality, and legal clearances. Here is a quote from the Adobe guidelines that might be of use in this case. Best regards, JH
From Adobe Guidelines:
Content ownership
Copyright: You must own or control all the rights to files you submit to Adobe Stock. Don’t submit files that don’t belong to you (for example, photos that your spouse took) or that incorporate items that are not yours, such as content found on the internet.
Local and federal laws: You must follow local and federal laws when creating and submitting content to Adobe Stock. We do not accept illegal, pornographic, or immoral content.
Release forms: Some content may require a model and/or property release. See Model release requirements, Property release requirements, and Known Image Restrictions for more info.
Personal information: Do not embed your personal or company logos, watermark, name, or tracking information into your files.
Nudity: For submissions containing nude content of artistic value, the model must be at least 18 years old. The model release must include the model's photo ID to verify age. Never submit any sexually explicit material.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove files for any reason.

Bonjour Joanh,
