Hi! @defaultb4num049i259 . They will probably have rejected your photo because the main subject of the photo (in this case the dog) is not in focus in its entirety. There are out-of-focus areas that lack sharpness. I hope I have helped you!

In addition to the focus issues, have a look at what other Stock Contributors are doing in this keyword category.  As you can see it's a well-represented subject.  And most dog shots are facing the camera.
