Both pictures are not well framed. If the idea is to use them as a texture of some kind, then they are unusable.

The first one (0140...) has those disturbing hard shadows. That and the composition makes them unfit for stock. I would also guess that there is a slight out of focus there.

The second picture (035...) is underexposed and out of focus. Those are technical issues.

The images are too cool. You need to add some warmth. Also it would appear the second image is a bit under exposed.
