Photo rejected with one technical issue.

I get a photo rejected with the reason for one technical issue. Please help to why and how to fix it. Thank you

A rejection for Technical Issues doesn't mean that there is only one issue. You have blown out highlights, very soft focus, a vignette which is not allowed, and your watermark which is not permitted.

The exposure is much improved, but the soft focus probably isn't fixable. Zoom in to the edges of the little boats and you will see how unsharp they are.

Overexposed. Burned out sky. Focus is bad and your signature needs to be removed.
