Photo Rejected

Hi, a pic of mine was rejected due to technical issues. Could somebody tell me why and what I can do to fix it? Thanks.

Hi Perry,

The bright light is the issue, Your exposure was not correct to compensate for the two direct bright lights. Details at the top is lost because of that bright light. I do not think that can be recovered.

Hello,

The sun at the top of the image is distracting and has turned out to big a big white blob! (Sorry.) The sun is 'burnt out'.You have to think about composition. Here it's not so good.
