It's not in sharp focus, and there's something smudged in the tree line just to the left of center as if you tried to erase something...
You can't improve the focus in the shot digitally; it has to be sharp when you take the photo.
Move on from this photo. I'm afraid to say it is a bad photo!

No. Bad focus can't be fixed with editing software, though it can be sharpened a bit.

It's pretty but it's not unique enough for Stock which has over 300 million assets.
