Photo Release Required for a hiking trail??

Hello, one of my photos has been tagged as needing a release. It's an illustration of a photo I took in a state park of a blaze on a hiking trail.  Why would this be needed if there is no identifying marks as to which/where the park is?

In this case, I would add a release saying that you are the author of this illustration.
