photos being rejected stating technical issues

can someone please let me know why the photos I uploaded are being rejected stating technical issues and what changes needs to be made if any .

Less than ideal atmospheric and lighting conditions aside, the 2nd image is too pink.

The second image is also cropped poorly.

Both images have a white balance issue and blown out sky with many lens spots marring the sky.

Sorry but Those are snow flakes ,not lens spot.

Washed out structures and colouring effects:

And the dark spots should be white, which lets me think that your camera tried to guess the scene and made some errors.  Some of those spots are magenta.

The first image also is heavily over processed, and spots like this don't look like snowflakes:

If they are, then your camera's processing "optimized" them.
