Hi colleagues, these two images have been rejected due to IP. I am still new at this and would like to learn. Especially with city views, the rights are not quite clear to me. The first image is a drone shot - in Frankfurt the freedom of panorama is extended - but I guess there is too much insight into the inside of the building here? The second picture is taken from the public street. Do you have any ideas what's wrong? Would very much appreciate your help.

Picture 1 has a company trademark (BHF Bank) on a building. But did you read Adobe's rules on IP? They go beyond local law, because it is an international product. Adobe have no rules which relax IP for things taken from a public place. In particular, picture 1 is really a feature shot of the fine building at right, and will need permission from the building IP owner. Picture 2 is not a panorama either, but features several identifiable buildings.

The owners of these buildings have every right to stop their images being used in advertisments or other commercial work, especially but not only if it is a rival or something controversial.

Street photography and city views are very difficult to get accepted in stock photography sites due to all of the IP issues and potential copyright infringement issues.  While not commercially acceptable, they may be accepted for Editorial use.
