Photos rejected due to quality issues

Hi all,

Can you please give me an idea of why these images were rejected due to "Quality issues" does it need to be saved in a different format?

Black and white conversions are rarely accepted. For DSC00343, you will need model releases. DSC1153 was too closely cropped.

Stock rarely accepts B&W images.  Customers prefer full color.  They can grayscale it after purchase, if needed.

Artworks may require a property release.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.
