photos rejected due to technical issues

I am a new user. My photos were rejected due to technical issues. Please help me understand my mistakes. Thank you for your help

The daisies are a bit underexposed, the composition is cluttered, and I'm seeing some focus problems.

The fruit tree has focus issues as well.

View the daisies at 200%. There are artifcats around the flowers and stems.
