Adobe already told you why the photos were rejected. For example, "technical reasons", "artefacts", "release required"... Please don't make us guess...!

Hello,

I suppose the reason was 'Technical Isssues'. One of the issues you have apart from exposure is noise and you can see this in the snow:

You have here what is called chromatic noise or colour noise. It can bee seen throughout both photos. And no wonder. At ISO 3200 (EXIF data) you will get noise! Note the coloured patches!
