The hell has nothing to do with this, your pictures have been rejected because of quality issues.

If you are new to stock, you should consider these resources: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/tutorials.html
Please read the contributor user manual for more information on Adobe stock contributions: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html
See here for rejection reasons: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/reasons-for-content-rejection.html
and especially quality and technical issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/quality-and-technical-issues.html

Your last: Artefacts like this don't get your pictures accepted:

In addition, your picture is underexposed, as shown on the histogram:

Your first: Bad cut out, noisy, clipping:

In addition, it is also heavily underexposed:

The first buyer of this picture would ask why the hell this picture would have been accepted!

Your two fog images are full of artefacts, and have no contrast:

The histograms show missing blacks, missing shadows (all left) and missing whites (right):

In addition to the technical issues pointed out by @Abambo don't even bother uploading images of plants, flowers and sunsets. Each of these genres are extremely over represented in Adobe stock already. Even if you submitted technically perfect images, they would never sell because there are millions of competing images.
