Picture rejected for technical issues but its not specific.

So I submitted this photo for review and it said there were "Technical Issues".  Now I do post my work to other places and I understand that stock sites require the image to be clean and technically sound. The only problem is I don't understand why this was rejected. It didn't even give any explanation of what the technical issue was like other websites do. Any thoughts on why this may be the case?

Your colour temperature is too warm, so you need to decrease it a bit. Add some more blue to remove the yellow cast. The top of the cactus - the white part, should be white and it isn't. Something like this:
