The white balance is off, and the animals' hair has an over-sharpened spiky look.

If you used filters in this shot - don't. Keep the photo in normal colours. Buyers can add their own stylistic filters.

Yes, it is. The DOF is probably not the refusal cause if your subject is in focus.
