Get trained. Nowadays there are plenty of courses, even free ones, on the net. Patience and practice are essential tools. Acquire the basics, if you don't already have them, and then practice, practice, practice... and train yourself continuously.

What was the rejection reason?
At a first sight, I see issues with the exposure (overexposed) and with the details. The picture is oversaturated and the White balance is probably wrong.
Check photography courses either for free on YouTube or for pay with different providers. If you go for the for free courses, please note that there are huge differences in quality. You will need to mess a bit around to see who is providing good advice.

One look at the histogram would tell you that this image has blownout (overexposed) hot spots. There are many online courses to help you learn photography. Creativelive.com is a good source.

Hi @muhammad_saqib_5874 ,
Too much exposure. Details are blown out. There is a white balance issue. The picture has a green cast.
You can get more details regarding what is required here.
Best wishes

Hello Muhammad,
You have to learn about composition. This is key to a good photograph! And then exposure. I would recommend actually reading real books on photography by real photographers. I think you can learn more by reading, than watching online videos!

Hello,
Enter Google and how to take a photo?
What are the photography techniques?
Rules to consider when taking a photo?
Write things like that and also watch YouTube videos by translating the subtitles into your language from the settings. The problem will be solved. Wrong exposure and white balance... The photo is too bright. The composition is poor. You can be a great photographer by doing the research I mentioned. š Good luck bro...
