Please help me understand the reason for the photo rejection?

I uploaded almost 100 dental photos on Adobe. All photos were rejected for technical reasons.
Previously, I posted photos on dentistry (can be viewed in the profile). To be honest, they were worse filmed, but they were taken by 50-60%
What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

I think exposure,  white balance, and composition are the main reasons. For example in photo 23 - the reflection of the dentures is too close to the bottom.
