Is it recommended to process an image before submitting?
I have recently started photography as a hobby and I am loving it. But I don't know what's the standard practice on such platforms.

99.9% of every AI asset requires editing. I point out a number of issues, but even just one would result in a refusal. Photographers edit their images as well, but rarely to the extent that AI results need editing.

Virtually all images require at least minimal editing. Adobe isn't interested in straight-out-of-the camera images. You'll need to spend time learning editing software to ensure a higher acceptance rate of any images you submit to Stock. I use Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop.

The buyers expect professional assets. There is no issue at not being a professional, but nevertheless, the submitted assets need to have a professional look. All pictures get some level of modification. And to avoid any misinformation: images were also processed before the era of digital image processing.
