Again, the squirrel is out of focus when viewed at 100%. And it should fill more of the frame. And not necessarily be centered. Something along these lines, I think, makes for a stronger composition.

If you take a look in the stock section you can see there are many, many examples of squirrels. There is a whole lot of competition in stock. You have to make an effort to create something that might be even more desirable then what is there already. Otherwise your image is just going to get buried.
Also feel free to talk in your own language as we can later translate to our desired language. We all have a little button just below our posts that can translate to whatever language we like.

Regarding the exposure, you could do some masking - meaning, in 'darkroom speak - dodging and burning' - which can be done in Lightroom for example by using the masking tool to bring out certain parts of the photo - in this case the squirrel - and darkening others areas.
