If you view the photo at 200%, you can see a white halo between the dark and the light areas. Especially, around the dark jacket and whit wall.

Your phone mistook the fine details in the clothing as noise and "optimized" that:
Then, sharpening introduced a halo between the main subject and the background:
And finally:
Your picture is underexposed, as the histogram shows. There are no whites in the image.

Hello,
Apart from the other 'faults', there is also a problem with the white balance/colour temperature as well as lighting. The wall isn't white!
