¿Por qué no puedo visualizar mi portafolio en Adobe Stock?

Tengo fotografías de mi autoría en mi portafolio de Stock y me llegan al correo mensajes de ganancias pero cuando ingreso a la plataforma es como si todo hubiera desaparecido.
