Portföyüm görünmüyor | My portfolio is not visible

While my designs appear in the uploaded files section of my Adobe stock account, when I enter my portfolio or search for my profile, I do not see any results. My posts are not reaching people.

Tasarımlarım Adobe Stock hesabımın yüklenen dosyalar bölümünde görünürken portfolyoma girdiğimde veya profilimde arama yaptığımda herhangi bir sonuç göremiyorum. Paylaşımlarım insanlara ulaşmıyor.

You seam to be located in Turkey and it is normal that (most of) your assets are not visible. Adobe defines 2 zones, restricted and not restricted, and Turkey is part of the restricted zone, where assets need additional vetting. Your asset are visible to the non-restricted zones. This does not really impact your sales except if you are producing highly localized assets.

This is not specific to your assets, but to all assets in the database. My assets are also impacted by this in your region.

I assume yu are from Turkey. Some regions prohibit images until they are further proofed. Change your region to USA or Germany (at the bottom fo your dashboard) and you should see the images.

There is nothing to get fixed, as this is by design. Post your profile URL and I will return an URL that will work for you. But to be clear: this only shows you what unrestricted regions will see abaout your assets, not that people in your region can licence your assets.

I clicked on the file number of my design like the instruction in the video and I get the "Page not found" error.

For example, this link is one of the files I uploaded (https://stock.adobe.com/tr/stock-photo/id/1028358811). Can you see it when you click on the link?

There is no way to fix that, but if you want to see your assets, like any in the non-restricted countries, you can change the "tr" country code with "ca" for Canada (as an example).

Or you can change the region to a non restricted one.
