Why can't the files I sold in my adobe contributor account be found, even when my profile is clicked, the page says "We couldn't find all results for . Try searching outside the portfolio."

Perhaps you're located in one of the countries in which images require additional vetting before being displayed for licensing to Buyers in that country. You can test that by changing the region code to another country. On your Dashboard page you can see the "Change Region" code in the black menu bar at the bottom of the page.

If they sell, they can be found. Several regions are restricted. If you live in one of those regions, you do not see your own portfolio, which is consistent for your region. Assets need to get a second vetting, and that vetting is done for “successful” assets only. There is no official list of restricted countries, but the major markets for Adobe stock are unrestricted, so there is no disadvantage, except if you produce highly localized assets.

I'm guessing you live in a restricted country that vets images for decency before making them public.

Even if you can't see them, people in other countries can. 😊

Hope that helps.
