Posting and selling photos

I would like to start and sell my photos.  How do you do this! As not finding this site straightforward.  Is this app free? Thank you in advance

• Are you an experienced photographer with original content that you own 100% legal rights to?
• If photos depict actual people, do you have signed model releases?
• If photos depict protected property, do you have signed property release forms?
• Is your photography highest visual & technical quality for commercial use -- posters, billboards, videos, TV ads, merchandise, marketing materials, etc...
• Are you at least 18 years of age?
