Premium PayPal account is not available in Japan?

It says to receive payment a contributor in Japan must have a Premium PayPal account, which is not available. PayPal is not offering this service, it seems. What can I do? Thank you for your suggestion in advance.

You need a Business account in Japan in order to recieve payments. A business account is the so called premium account.

This account is offered on the sign-up pregistration page in paypal.

Thank you! I goy a business account, though I still believe it better for Adobe to change wordings from "Premium" to "Business."
