problem in my account

after a month now i think my account have some issue and my designs dont sell at all , does it possible if adobe ban my account ? ( i can upload and see my designs )

If Adobe has banned your account, you wouldn't be able to log in at all.  If you are able to log in and see your assets and account, you aren't banned.

 

To start down the path of consistent sales, an account usually has between 500-5000 in demand assets that are keyworded and titled well.  Consistent submissions (and sales) also help.  I also think it's important to keep in mind that you are competing with millions of other world class assets.  Success may take many years in this field, and eve

I don't know how many assets you've uploaded, but no sales your first month is not unusual. Adobe has not banned your account. They would let you know if they did.

If you can still submit new designs and can see your Dashboard page, your account has not been banned. It's quite possible le that Buyers are just not searching for assets in your portfolio, or that you've submitted in a category that is very competitive.
