Problem Uploading Images to Adobe Stock – Only a Few Appear on the Submit Page

Hey everyone,
I'm facing an issue when trying to upload pictures to Adobe Stock, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

At first, I tried uploading a bunch of images, but only 2-3 would appear on the submit page. Then I reduced the number to 10, but still, only 1 would show up. I even tried uploading them one by one, but some of the pictures just don’t appear on the page at all.

There’s no error message or anything, and my internet connection is stable. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how did you resolve it? I’d really appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!

Yes, my assets meet the minimum file size requirements. I’ve double-checked the file sizes, and they should be good to go.

I turned on my VPN, and now the problem seems to be solved! Everything is uploading fine. Just curious, though—could using a VPN cause any issues?

Per se, no. But depending on your region, your internet provider or any other setting may inhibit the VPN use. Just to explain: the VPN builds a private tunnel to your VPN provider, and the provider will connect you with the internet. That means that all traffic seems to come from that providers location.

We use VPN to secure our corporate network and our different sites around the world, so that any traffic generated on my company laptop behaves like if I would be connected physically to a company controlled building. That means also that I have the company imposed restrictions to access the internet. If my company disallowes me to connect to stock, I can not connect to stock by using the VPN.

Your case is different, as you seem to have some assets coming through and some staying stuck somewhere. Having no access to your network, it is impossible to diagnose the issue.
