What watercolour effect? If you submit a photo, you simply should not use any filter effect. That will be considered as a quality issue.

You should not be using the name of real world buildings on your AI assets. This is misleading to Buyers.

This is a point of contention. Many contributors are uploading AI of well-known landmarks when AI can not possibly re-create such landmarks correctly compared to actual photographs. They should not, therefore, be accepted. But they are, and apparently it's not against the rules.
