That's a very cute picture.  I see two problems.  First, the horizon is not level.  The photo slopes down to the right side.  Second, there is something odd happening with the focus.  You would expected a smooth transition between the in focus and out of focus areas.  Instead of a smooth transition there is a hard transition as seen below.  It doesn't look natural.

As John indicated, it's a very cute puppy picture; however the depth of field is too shallow, causing most of the image to be out of focus.

Hallo,

The top of the dog's head also has a strong highlight and the side of its body:

This isn't good!

There are also overexposed highlights on the top of the head.

Ich würde zusätzlich den Weissabgleich korrigieren. Wegen der anderen, unverbesserlichen Problemen ist dies aber zweitrangig.

On the one hand, the picture is 'sharp', BUT, due to the depth of field - only a small part of the dog is 'sharp' and the rest shows some blur - the depth of field is small! So, it is not so much of a focusing problem, but rather, the size of the aperture!

Hence  @Jill_C pointing out the lack of focus on the dog.

According to the metadata, the f stop is 3.5, and the focal length is 135mm. This explains the shallow depth of field. You have a small f-stop and a long focal length. The longer the focal length of a lens the shallower the depth of field.

By the way, It seems you used full automatic mode on your camera; the shutter speed is high. Did you use the 'sports mode' setting?
