You would not have been able to upload an image to Adobe Stock that didn't meet the required minimum size, therefore that wasn't the reason for rejection. Upload a full-size image here if you want feedback as to the possible quality issue.

Your upload was at least 4 mega pixels. There is an automatic check on that.
