The water line needs to be straightened. The horizon should be on a Rule of Thirds line. The lighting needs to be adjusted. The image needs sharpening. The foreground river adds nothing to the photo and should be removed.

The size of an image is not a quality attribute.

You need indeed to straighten the image and to add contrast. The picture is missing blacks. But the small sensor and post-processing did also eliminate detail in the asset so that it has washed out colours and no fine detail.

I see digital noise, particularly in the sky.

The post-processing needs work, and I guess this is 'straight out of the camera'. And I guess it is from a drone.
Think about the composition, which can be corrected to a point in post-processing.
