quality issue reject vector file

recently I submitted some vector files.  but all were rejected by quality issues. but I don't understand the problem. please anyone explained it to me about this issues. I attach some vector file

The second one is a similar. Do not submit similar files. That's considered spamming and earns you a suspended account.

Your submissions are vectorized vector assets from photos. It is not enough to vectorize, you need to sanitize your vector data. This asset is basically unusable as a vector asset and should be submitted as a high-quality photo or an illustration if it has been painted. There is no added value for submitting the asset as you did.
