quality issue

I am a new contributor. Recently I had a batch of 30 photos rejected for quality reasons. Here is two examples from the batch. Please help. Thank you！

The first image is a bit underexposed, has a white balance issue, and the depth of field is too shallow, rendering most of the image out of focus.

The second image has blownout areas in the sky as well as artifacts.

The first image also has very little commercial interest.
