Quality Issue

I received many photos rejected due to quality issues but I didn't received the explanation or spesific reason why the photos rejected of quality issues that make me confusse and it's hard to understand because I analysis one by one the photo already followed requirement. I hope get solustion for this case, thanks

I know that, but maybe I hope to get some help from this discussion forum who may have the same problem or can help provide an explanation. 

Thank you in advance, I give one example. I feel like I failed to analyze the images I submitted because out of 150 umages, 70 were rejected dur to quality isses. hahahahah

The image seems to be a bit oversaturated and there's a bit of chroma noise in the sky.

I'm seeing an overall blueish cast, and the greens in the grass might be oversaturated. I think the deeper shadows could be opened up a bit as well.

Oversaturated, blueish tint and the trees are leaning inward.
Your phooto can easily be corrected in Lightroom and Photoshop.
