Why did you upload two of the three photos to two different posts?

First:
Your DOF is too small.
Your main object should be completely in focus for the picture being of use.
Your second is noisy and not in focus.
Your third is also out of focus:
...and you should clean the glasses before taking pictures. You need to avoid these reflections in the glass. Finally the picture has exposure issues.

Hallo Adobe Stock Contributor Community, I recently uploaded some photos on Adobe Stock & i keep getting messages regarding the quality of my photos that is not good. I have also uploaded the same photos on another microstock & has been approved. Can someone tell me why my photos get flagged here?

All three are slightly over exposed with a little too much contrast and too few midtones.
The second is poorly cropped and the text on the book must be removed.

Can you give some tips for photos with a white background isolation theme so that the midtones are more balanced?

midtones: check your histogram.
263: noisy, out of focus and underexposed (check the histogram).
56_1: out of focus:
Underexposed, even that the overall picture looks overexposed. You need to check the histogram! In addition, you have a white balance issue, probably because of the lighting.
Have a look at my before and after editing: In a more sophisticated editing, I would work with masks.
As a side remark: Adobe requires pictures to be sRGB, yours are ProPhoto RGB. As I have never seen a picture being refused for using the wrong colour profile, it is always good to stick with what Adobe says in their documentation. At some stage, Adobe may decide to purge their database based on such errors.

Correcting the exposure will bring the overexposed highlights back into the midtone range.

The focus is too shallow.
Try narrowing the aperture so that a wider range is in focus.
Try zooming in to 100% and you'll see what I mean.

I deliberately chose to focus on certain objects only. For example, in the first image, the focus is on the blackboard with a bokeh effect on other objects.

DSC00263
Focus on a wide area of the blackboard surface.
When users use this, they may want to add text or illustrations.
If the area in focus is narrow, it will be difficult to use as material.
DSC00057_1
It is best to narrow the aperture so that both "THANK" and "YOU" are in focus.
DSC00056_1
It's shaky and blurry.
In Adobe Stock, works that are in focus over a wide area are more likely to pass the screening than works that are blurred.

Sure, but your main object should stay in focus.

Hello,
Even though you deliberately chose to have a shallow DOF to achieve the 'bokeh' effect, it hasn't worked. What you have ended up with is the items being out of focus. My attention is distracted by the out-of-focus items. Bokeh is an overused term, and I believe people often misunderstand its meaning.
It would be better not to have it if you want the viewer's attention on the board.

Adobe's turf, Adobe's rules.
An example: on France's highways you are allowed to drive at 130 km/h, in Belgium, you may drive only 120 km/h and in Germany, the speed is often unlimited on highways. You always drive the same car, the roads are similar. The rules are different because the legislators decided so. It's the same with stock. What one database accepts, does not necessarily be accepted by another.

I would say that this is an alarm clock, and the fourth hand is the alarm setting. I had an alarm clock like this about fifty years ago.

Makes sense. Haven't seen an alarm clock in a while. 🙂

Use a tripod and the shutter release timer in your camera!
The 1st photo you shot at 1/20 sec and has camera shake. The second has too shallow depth of field... You could add a message on the white board, and not only help with the focal point, but also add value to your photo illustration. The 3rd, by itself has no major issues, it could be that it got thrown in the pile of the other two, but the glasses do seem in better focus than the thank you.
Re shoot the three and re-submit, that's what I would do!

By @ZALEZPHOTO
Putting a focussing aid on the white board could be a great idea, but writing something on it would be contra-productive. You would write in what language? Your assets are getting sold worldwide!
As a side note: You can add your attached pictures in-line, that would avoid having the people needing to click them. Original refused pictures should be posted as attached images, however.
As a side note-2: I hope you have the right to post those two slides. If not, that could represent a copyright violation.

Hello,
You have a dust spot, and I think you can reduce the highlights a bit - the white is overexposed.
and histogram:
Image 00014 - shows the overexposed whites - it's a bit too much.
And you do have camera shake!
1/20 sec is too slow to handhold!
And - 00057:
f/1.2 is too shallow, as you can see, this part is blurred.
For the composition, I think it should be sharp.

PS,
Perhaps replace the plant with something more in line with the image, e.g a cup and saucer. 😊
