It seems to be over-saturated are there are a few lens spots in the sky in the upper right area.

Hi @alexeys81737499 ,
It's a sunny day. The sunny area of your picture is too cool. Two factors of your picture contribute to this, the picture is underexposed and also the presence of a white-balance issue.

Hi Jacquelin,
Thank you for your input. I hope you're checking the image with a calibrated monitor. I really don't see an issue with exposure or white blance. Here's the histogram.
Some other images from the same location and shooting conditions were accepted.
Thanks again,
Alexey.

Here's what my histogram is showing, with the highlights clearly burnt out. The image below was adjusted for the highlights and I lowered the saturation a bit. Not necessarily perfect, but closer.

I'm afraid this again may be a monitor calibration issue. Here is the screenshot from my monitor:
You can see minor clipping of shadows and virtually no clipping of highlights.
The image on the bottom looks very flat. I don't believe that's what they want (at least based on what's been accepted in the last 17 years).
Thank you very much for your input!
Alexey.

I literally have a brand new iMac with a calibrated monitor. I think the uncalibrated monitor may be on your end. In any event, your image was rejected and the moderator's decisions are final. You can make the suggested corrections and resubmit or ignore them and submit other images. That is up to you.

Hi @alexeys81737499 ,
I suggest you look again at this histogram you post here. It is slightly skewed towards the left. Slightly underexposed. Zoom in and look again at your picture. It is slightly blue. That is also showing on your histogram. Your own histogram is confirming what I said. I don't need to use histogram to find these faults. With my experience with Adobe, while they are there I can zoom in and identify them. I believe it is in your best interest to look and learn from us that are far more experienced than you are.
Best wishes
Jacquelin

Hello,
Screenshot using Photoshop Camer Raw Plugin with some small corrections:
Original- your shot, as shown on my monitor - the colours are a bit too intense:
A print screen of your shot as shown on my monitor:
It looks flat.
So, did you increase the saturation? If so, it's why it looks on our monitors oversaturated, whereas on your monitor it looks fine.
A point to think about. Did you by any chance edit yours on an HDR monitor? If so, if you edit a photo on an HDR monitor, and then it is viewed on a standard SDR monitor, the viewing will be bad.

I suspect that when the moderators were viewing this photo on their monitors, it also looked oversaturated, hence the rejection!
And hence your question as the colours looked fine on your monitor.

Thanks for your input! No, my monitors are not HDR. They are pro grade NEC that are calibrated regularly.
The difference here - the original file is jpeg as submitted, and the screenshot I posted later was RAW file with all the adjustments right before export to jpeg. So something happened during this conversion. I never had any issues with it before but now I would need to take a closer look.
Thanks again,
Alexey.

You could try decreasing the saturation and increasing the vibrance slider.
I don't think anything happened with the conversion - it shouldn't!

Yes, thank you.. The only thing that happens during conversion - it goes from Adobe RGB to sRGB, so some colors may get a slight distortion.
Thanks again for your support!
Alexey.
