In addition to what @Jill_C said: 

If it is a 3d render you should increase the polydon count and check the borders of your textures.I saw several issues like above, also around the nose eyes area.

To add to what's already covered, the model's eyes are looking in different direction.

Her hair bangs look like bird feathers, not hair. 

The eyeballs are too recessed, like doll's eyes.
