Hello, Recently I tried to upload my first photos to adobe stock and get all declined. Can you help me to find out root cause of decline?

Did you get the rejection due to quality issues?

The quality issues, in this case, are exposure and focus. The exposure could be better, the lighting isn't that good; it's rather uneven. There are shadows on your white background. It seems you used a white piece of paper as a background. The focus on pic 026 could be better. These are some of the reasons that the photos got rejected.

Noise due to high ISO. You need to use a tripod for these kinds of pictures, and you will need proper lightning. With a tripod, there won't be a need for a high ISO. Proper lighting will ensure for correct shadows. A reflector could be enough for this picture.

 

You will need to clean up your “floor” before or after the picture… and probably twice, physically before and digitally after…

I agree with @ricky336 that the focus is bad.  It's too narrow, and even what is in focus seems to slightly unsharp.
