There's a halo around. That's probably created by your cutout. If it's not from the cutout, it's from sharpening.

The bird is not sharp, you have artefacts, the cutout that you did is not correctly done. The fake background is, let me say it like this, special.

Lol. What are you talking about? There was no cutout here, and no background overlay. Here's a screenshot of the raw file in the windows viewer. Yeah, by the way, care to explain why you wouldn't be happy with the background in the colors of the flag if it was really fake?
