Conference Room: Poorly formed hand on the man in the foreground.
Beach: At 200%, the palm trees becomer very "painterly" looking. If this was labeled as a Photo, it might have passed as an Illustration. Maybe.
The Couple. Look at their hair at 200%. Check out the woman's irises. They are different sizes. Catchlights should be idential on all four eyes as well.
They want details that make sense. Hair that doesn't look like hair, malformed hands, wonky teeth, etc. are definitely getting rejected these days, though there were far too many in the early days of AI submissions that got accepted into the database.
Beach: looks very fake. If you check the palms at 100%, you see forground melting into background.
Conference: besides the weird hand geometry, the whole picture is out of focus. Look also at the nose. seems to be pasted in. the jacket has a colour change, that I would have edited out.
Couple: @oleschwander nailed the most obvious error, that I saw immediately.
Indeed, your refusals are, what I would have expected at the beginning of the AI hype. A year ago those images would have passed.

Thanks! Seems like Adobe wants perfectly realistic details from AI now.

Hair issues like this can often be fixed with Generative Fill and some cloning on the fly-aways.

I suppose that is correct. Why asking for less?

I would think it's this.

The chin hair on the man in the first image is quite odd - looks more like fur; and as @daniellei4510 mentioned their eyes don't match, and catch lights are missing in one of his eyes.
In the third image, almost nothing is in focus, the hand is malformed, and it's odd that there would be an entire row of men all wearing the same suit and white shirt. I would definitely not label this as "realistic".
