Quality issues

Heya. These two images get rejected with the ''quality issues'' reason. Can someone please elaborate? Both of them have about 600 generations in PS, and it takes about 3-5 days to make a single image.

If I was reviewing, I would reject on focus. The person is not well lfocused. Sharpening would help.

Many of the objects are blurry and look like they're floating in the air.

Ok its 600 of them, its really hard to make every single layer to look super realistic because this is how Generative Fill works. Guess I will stop using it then.
