I am uploading designs but this problem has not happened for a long time. For the last two days my designs are being rejected due to this issue. What should I do now? I do not have any raster or bitmap in my vector.

I don't think the shadows on the T-shirt are helping quality.

Also, the grungy text could be viewed as a quality issue.

You need to check for fragments using the layers panel. There are evidence of fragments on the T-shirt.
