Daily is fine, but don't go crazy. 🙂 Moderators are already overwhelmed with a back load of assets, particularly AI. There's no hard and fast rule, but I would suggest you start with 10 to 20 per day tops and see how things go with acceptances vs. rejections. If you are new here, your limit in the beginning is probably 51 assets under review at this point.

Yes. Regular submissions are better than multiple submissions and then nothing for a long time. Your account will get a better visibility by being "active".

Adobe's advice has always been that Contributors should adopt a "slow and steady " approach. Rather than submitting a large batch in one day, it is preferable to submit a handful of images per day after taking the time to carefully review the quality and add useful and thorough titles and keywords. This will ensure a steady stream of reviews and will allow you to learn from and make corrections after any rejections.
