Hello, I'm still fairly new to Adobe Stock and had a question about 2 photos rejected for lack of a property release. The photos are from a roadside public park in a rural area of Monaco. I can't find any specific property that would require a release. I would appreciate learning from any pointers anyone can provide so that I might avoid similiar rejections. Insights are much appreciated.

It seems that the Moderator selected the wrong rejection reason. Both should have been rejected for quality issues, including underexposure and artifacts in the sky.

Too dark. Nothing to do with Property.

As moderation is done by humans, and moderators have very little time to decide on the asset, they sometimes err on the refusal reason, as they don't write a refusal, but just select one out of a list.
A property release is needed, when the property shows specific identifyable aspects of that property. Pictures from the public space, not showing an individual property, like a single house, should not trigger such a refusal.
