Hello dear Adobe community,
my account has been deactivated for over two months now, and I still haven’t received any response to my inquiries. I know that you probably can’t help me directly here in the forum, but maybe someone has had a similar problem and can give me some helpful advice (so I don’t get even more discouraged).
I uploaded over 12,000 images, and since I wanted to build a reliable side income, I always tried my best to follow the guidelines. That’s why I was all the more shocked when I was told that I had supposedly violated them.
Nevertheless, I’m still hoping to get an answer—especially about what I might have done wrong and what steps I can take now.
Apart from the fact that I mainly uploaded AI-generated images, I also submitted around 2,000 photos and videos that I created myself.
So here’s my question: Can and should I resubmit my photographed images using a new account? Or is it better to wait for a response and hope that Adobe reactivates my account? I’d also like to know how often and at what intervals you think it’s appropriate to politely follow up with Adobe regarding my account status. I understand that you shouldn’t contact them too frequently, but surely there’s a reasonable timeframe after which it’s okay to ask again if they haven’t forgotten me?
I look forward to your answers and your help.
Best regards

You must wait. If you open a new account, your new account will get deactivated once discovered. There should be no problem in trying to contact Adobe after waiting two months. Use the appropriate means of contact to do so.

Ah ok, but it's frustrating that you have to wait so long. i think they could at least have left my photos up. I will politely ask again in the next few days if they have forgotten me.
Could it be that they have blocked me because I already have a second account?

They haven't forgotten you. Contributors have reported waiting as long as 5 months to have their accounts re-activated.
Having a second account could indeed be an issue here. If it contains the same types of assets as the blocked account, I'm surprised it hasn't been blocked as well.

Hello,
I have the feeling that the people at Adobe are a bit overwhelmed with the numerous AI images. but it is frustrating to be deactivated from one day to the next.
However, what puzzles me is that I still get messages that some pictures from my deactivated account have been deleted afterwards, even though my account has been deactivated and my pictures have been taken offline.
regarding my second account, i have not uploaded my pictures twice. the other account has 100% different pictures, so i am trying to work into a niche. God forbid I do something so rash and upload pictures twice.
Well, I guess I'll have to be patient.

But do both accounts consist of AI images? That would be a reason for deactivation. And the likely reason some of your assets are being deleted is more often than not due to duplicate submissions.

Duplicate images are never okay. The fact that you received notice of removal of the duplicate images is probably a clue that your account has not yet been permanently suspended. You should be aware that Adobe recently changed their guidelines regarding multiple accounts. Multiple accounts are no longer allowed without express approval from Adobe, and multiple accounts with the same asset types has never been allowed.

sorry if i have expressed myself incorrectly, but there is always different content in both accounts. i have treated both accounts separately. this means that there is nothing from the other account in the first account and vice versa. so both accounts always have different content. i have no duplicate images, everything is separate from each other.
and yes i also believe that my account has only been deactivated temporarily (at least that's my hope). and i hope to be able to continue working there again soon, because i have also uploaded my photographed images (i.e. no AI generated images) to this deactivated account and there is a lot of work behind it, as you yourselves know.

Sure. But if someone complaints about your assets, they may be liable if the keep your account open during their investigation.

Adobe receives thousands of inquiries each day. Wait your turn.
Adobe probably detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Other Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

Be patient. It may take several weeks or months for a full investigation to conclude. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. But DO NOT keep hounding them. It will just add delays. In the meantime, work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.
Good luck.

hello friends,
me again.
i am now proudly waiting (almost 4 months) for a response from adobe as to why my account has been deactivated. to date i have not received a reply and my account is still deactivated.
i find it strange that i still get notifications that some of my media had to be deleted during the check.
HÄ?!
Deleted? how is that possible if none of my media is listed?
I'm already very desperate and frustrated about this. does anyone have any ideas what I could do?
Thank you for your help.

Had to be deleted? So they are deleting assets that were approved? Or they refused assets that were in the moderation queue? Or you got a message that the duplicate check did take out assets from your portfolio?
Your portfolio is not visible from the outside, but any program that Adobe uses to detect duplicates (as an example) still may scanning your database and they still may be in the process to check your assets.
You did tell us that you have or had 12,000 assets in your portfolio. That takes a while to check them all, if Adobe wants to reopen your account.

You can wait or you can give-up. There are no 25 solutions to this.

Hello,
Adobe says in the email, after an initial check we had to remove some media. as it IS with ADOBE; THERE IS NO REASON WHY? since I am blocked, there are no images in the waiting loop.
Do you think that adobe will check all my media individually and then release my account?
Yes, I have to wait, but if only I knew what was going on now, it would be much easier to bear, I've been living off this account, so to speak, and that's what makes it so difficult.
but thanks for your answer.

As I'm not Adobe, I can't say what Adobe does. The only thing I know is that they were looking through the database to check for several assets that were duplicates and they removed the duplicates. I stongly suspect, this to be (at least for most of the cases) a mechanical work, with no human intervention. And assets not anymore visible are still part of the database. It would make sense if they expect to check your account and if there is a chance of getting reactivated.
As long as you did not get the message that they definitely cancel your account, there is still a chance for reactivation.
